We had an exceptional experience purchasing our New Toyota Crown at Clint Newell Toyota in Roseburg. We found our salesman, Conner Scott, to be extremely knowledgeable, low-key. He listened to what was important to us and was able to direct us to the vehicle that would best meet our needs.The finance person was able to meet our needs as well when we picked out additional options for our car. Breanna spent a considerable amount of time with us how to use the many electronic features in our new car. She will be available as questions arise as we begin to use these features. After several months of looking and contacting dealerships all over the state, we located the exact car we wanted which was allocated to Clint Newell Toyota. We called and spoke with Connor. He was absolutely great to work with - made the process of purchasing a new car painless and seamless. When we arrived to pick up the car, the price was as stated and promised with no additional, sneaky add-ons! We are in love with our new 2025 Highlander Hybrid. In the near future, we will be buying a Tundra and intend on purchasing it from Clint Newell (even though we live in Salem) because they were so nice to work with.

My salesman Luis Zuniga helped find me and my family the perfect fit after my car broke down. He answered all of our questions and was patient as we worked out the details of getting the car. Definitely will go back when or if we need another vehicle. :)

Charges for services that should be free. Wanted to charge almost $1000.00 for services that were covered under a packaged deal. Went to Toyota of Vancouver and it was free! Dont waste your time with this shady business.

Thanks to Brian Newell for helping us find our new GMC Sierra truck. It is everything we could want and more. Chelsee was great to work with and she didn’t use any aggressive and intimidating tactics that the other dealership I was working with which I ended up walking away from them even though I was willing to pay their price. The finance manager Brandon also found us a great car loan interest rate. I wouldn’t change anything on how you guys do their job.

James "Jet" Popham was the young man who performed the oil change on our vehicle. He met me at the cashier to assure me our vehicle's maintenance went flawlessly.

I scheduled service for a new serpentine belt, and the Tech found a leaking water pump. So glad he did! Bena, the Service Advisor, was quick to explain the details and reschedule me while she ordered the part, which took only 1 day. She is a gem.

Great experience buying a new Prius from Superstar Sales Associate Connor Scott last weekend (8/31). Finance Manager Brandon Ledbetter was also stellar.

We had a major car issue while visiting Roseburg from Seattle area, and the Service Manager, Bina, was a pleasure to deal with. On the Friday before Labor Day weekend a local clown emergency roadside firm managed to blow not only our 12v battery but also (as we learned from Bina later) the main 100amp fuse of our Prius. Due to hours-long delays we were unable to get the auto to Clint Newell until after 4:30pm closing. Tuesday morning after Labor Day weekend (despite being down 2 out of her 3 technicians) Bina was able to get our Prius analyzed and determine the problem, and by Thursday morning it was repaired and we picked it up. The communication of Bina throughout was professional and considerate, appropriately setting our expectations. Thank you.
