Great customer service, work is done quickly, on time, and done well. As much as I complain about prices these days, at least I get the satisfaction that I had a great job done for the money! My customer service go-to person is Mallory, who is always helpful, but all of the staff is friendly and competent and seems to really care about service!

We had a major car issue while visiting Roseburg from Seattle area, and the Service Manager, Bina, was a pleasure to deal with. On the Friday before Labor Day weekend a local clown emergency roadside firm managed to blow not only our 12v battery but also (as we learned from Bina later) the main 100amp fuse of our Prius. Due to hours-long delays we were unable to get the auto to Clint Newell until after 4:30pm closing. Tuesday morning after Labor Day weekend (despite being down 2 out of her 3 technicians) Bina was able to get our Prius analyzed and determine the problem, and by Thursday morning it was repaired and we picked it up. The communication of Bina throughout was professional and considerate, appropriately setting our expectations. Thank you.

I was backing out of my garage at 2 am on Friday and had a check engine light come on. I texted Clint Newell Toyota at 2:15am just to get into their system when they opened. To my surprise, I got a reply back within seconds, stating someone from service would be contacting me asap. Sure enough, thank you, Rebecca. I was scheduled at 9:30 that morning. I was greeted, and my Rav4prime was inspected. I went home to wait for a call. It was found that a sensor needed to be replaced, and the part was ordered. I still needed to get to my Son. I rented a car from Clint Newell, but they closed at 4, and it was 3:45. Beverly said she would wait, and she did. I was off to my Son's after all. When I returned the rental car on Monday morning, I was helped by Megan, Thank you Megan. I was told my part was there and they would work on my car that afternoon. My technician, Chris H. did the work, thank you Chris. Sam gave us a ride home. Thank you, Sam. Malori called for me to come pick up my car. Malori greeted me and explained everything. I LOVE Clint Newell Toyota and the whole staff. Thank you all!

Excellent Service.

I scheduled service for a new serpentine belt, and the Tech found a leaking water pump. So glad he did! Bena, the Service Advisor, was quick to explain the details and reschedule me while she ordered the part, which took only 1 day. She is a gem.

On our recent trip to the service department to get our vehicle's oil changed and a bit of recall work done. I would like to give a shout out to the service team. Specially Justice Morris, Michelle Morgan, and Dan Carter for their diligence and attention to detail. Excellent job as always and in speedy turnaround time. Thanks for your service. 😁

James "Jet" Popham was the young man who performed the oil change on our vehicle. He met me at the cashier to assure me our vehicle's maintenance went flawlessly.

Chelsee was great to work with and she didn’t use any aggressive and intimidating tactics that the other dealership I was working with which I ended up walking away from them even though I was willing to pay their price. The finance manager Brandon also found us a great car loan interest rate. I wouldn’t change anything on how you guys do their job.

Service manager Molly was a big help. Service was done on time and the service personnel were very professional!

Connor was very informative and helpful through the entire process.
